Our Story

Every journey begins with a single breath.

In a life woven with loss, loneliness, hope, and new beginnings,
we felt the need to pause gently, without urgency.

The world moves fast.
Feelings often don't.

InhaleExhale was born from that quiet gap between the two.

The Problem We Saw

Modern life is overwhelming. Constant digital noise, endless notifications, and a culture that celebrates busyness over stillness.

People know they should slow down, breathe, and be mindful but they can't find simple, accessible tools that fit their busy lives.

Most meditation apps feel generic and disconnected. They offer one size fits all content, lack emotional presence, and fail to build real, daily habits.

Users want support, not just audio tracks. They're seeking guidance, companionship, and personalized calm.

Our Approach

Micro practices for modern minds

Short 2–5 minute breathing and mindfulness sessions designed for immediate emotional grounding not hour long commitments.

A habit building system for real life

Daily flows and mindful micro tasks that build consistency through gentle repetition, not pressure or guilt.

Minimal, clutter free experience

No overwhelming menus. No long courses. Just fast, effective practices that fit naturally into everyday routines.

Elvan Özer — Founder & Solo Developer

Inhale Exhale Studio was founded by Elvan Özer in Turkey.

Inhale Exhale started from a simple observation: modern mindfulness rarely sticks. Most meditation apps ask for too much time and commitment for busy, fragmented days, so the habit never forms. Inhale Exhale was built around short, 2–5 minute practices designed to fit real life — quick resets you can actually keep coming back to.

The studio grew directly out of the founder's own background. Elvan has spent years immersed in mythology, divination and sound healing — the exact domain the product is built on. Inhale Exhale is an attempt to bring that world into a calm, everyday practice: guided meditations and breathwork, myth-based stories, ritual soundscapes, and Yuna, a gentle companion presence that guides rather than diagnoses.

Everything is made in-house. The product, content, sound-healing music, design, publishing and growth are all handled by one person, and the app's content and music are fully owned. Inhale Exhale launched on Android in January 2026 and on iOS in March 2026, is available worldwide, and is actively maintained by its founder — fully self-funded from day one.

Built independently by a solo founder in Turkey.
