By using InhaleExhale, you agree to engage respectfully with our content and to use our tools solely for personal wellness and mindfulness purposes.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use InhaleExhale. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Purpose of the Service

InhaleExhale provides guided meditations, breathing exercises, educational stories, and wellness-related content designed to support emotional balance and mindfulness. Our content is not therapeutic or clinical in nature.

3. No Medical Advice

InhaleExhale does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Users should consult qualified medical or mental health professionals for any health-related concerns.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your wellbeing while using the app. You agree to:

• Practice mindfully and within your physical and mental limits
• Avoid using the app while driving or operating machinery
• Stop any exercise or practice that causes discomfort or distress

5. Account Use

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

InhaleExhale offers a freemium model with free content and a premium subscription for access to the full meditation library.

• Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS).
• Payment is charged to your Google or Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Google Play Store or Apple Settings). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by the respective platform according to their policies:
  • Google Play Refund Policy
  • Apple Refund Policy
• InhaleExhale does not process payments directly and has no access to your payment information.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, voice recordings, text, meditations, stories, character designs (including Yuna), and brand elements are the property of InhaleExhale Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any content without explicit written permission.

8. Service Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. "As Is" Provision

InhaleExhale is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the app indicates acceptance of this condition.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InhaleExhale Studio and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 (USD), whichever is greater.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
