Terms of Service

By using Inhale & Exhale, you agree to these terms. We've written them to be as clear as possible — no hidden surprises. If something is unclear, just ask.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use Inhale & Exhale. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Purpose of the Service

Inhale & Exhale provides guided meditations, breathing exercises, mythology stories, and wellness-related content designed to support emotional balance and mindfulness. Our content is for personal wellness purposes only — it is not therapeutic or clinical in nature. These Terms apply whether you use the app with an account or as a guest.

3. No Medical Advice

Inhale & Exhale does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Our content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified medical or mental health professional for health-related concerns.

4. User Responsibility

You agree to:

• Practice mindfully and within your physical and mental limits
• Never use the app while driving or operating machinery
• Stop any exercise that causes discomfort or distress

5. Account Use

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

Inhale & Exhale uses a freemium model — free content is always available, and a single optional one-time purchase, Full Access, permanently unlocks all remaining content: the meditation library, ritual sounds and Dreamcatcher sleep sounds. There are no separate purchases for individual sections.

• Full Access is a one-time payment processed through Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and nothing renews automatically.
• Payment is charged to your Google or Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your purchase can be restored on a new device using "Restore Purchase" inside the app, signed in with the same Google or Apple account.
• Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account, not to an Inhale Exhale account. You can restore a purchase on a new device using "Restore Purchase," with or without an account.
• Refunds are handled by the respective platform:

• Inhale & Exhale does not process payments directly and has no access to your payment information.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. To do so, visit our account deletion page and submit a request. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Note: Full Access is a one-time payment tied to your Apple or Google account, not to your Inhale & Exhale account — deleting your account does not affect it, and it can be restored via "Restore Purchase" inside the app. If you still have a legacy subscription from an older version of the app, cancel it via your App Store / Google Play settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, voice recordings, text, meditations, mythology stories, character designs (including Yuna), and brand elements are the property of Inhale & Exhale Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any content without explicit written permission.

9. Service Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. "As Is" Provision

Inhale & Exhale is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inhale & Exhale Studio and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD — whichever is greater.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be announced on our social channels.
